BetWinner KYC Verification: When It’s Required And How It Works
BetWinner runs KYC checks to confirm your identity, your residential address, and that the payment method you use belongs to you.
Verification is requested when you register details that need confirmation, when you change personal data, and when you request a withdrawal that triggers a compliance check.
BetWinner also asks for KYC if it detects account risk signals such as multiple accounts on the same device, repeated failed payment attempts, or inconsistent country and IP location during login.
You upload documents in your account profile, then BetWinner reviews them and either approves the account or asks for a clearer scan or an extra page.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A passport or national ID card with a clear photo, full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date visible. BetWinner rejects cropped images, black-and-white scans, and photos with glare over the MRZ (the machine-readable lines).
- Address proof: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter that shows your full name and the same address as in your profile. BetWinner treats “recent” as within the last 3 months and declines screenshots that don’t show the issuer, date, and full address.
- Payment method: For a bank card, BetWinner asks for a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, plus your name if it’s printed; you cover the middle digits and the CVV. For an e-wallet, it requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page with your name and wallet number/email visible, plus a transaction reference that matches deposits in the account.
Standard review time is 24–72 hours after BetWinner receives readable files and the data matches the account details.
If BetWinner requests resubmission (blurred photo, mismatched address, expired ID, missing reverse side of the card), the timer effectively restarts from the moment you upload the corrected documents.
BetWinner blocks withdrawals until KYC is approved when the request is tied to a compliance check, while deposits and betting can remain available depending on the account status.
